If it's somewhere I know children play, I use a latex glove and dispose of it. You'd be surprised how many we find on the playgrounds of little children as young as 3 years old.

used or new? I usually put them on mailbox flags, or car antennas, or doorknobs, but you can do whatever blows your skirt up.
