I have headaches, fatigue, and aches & pains.
I usually have a drink. I hold it all in until I explode and have to be hospitalized.
If you suffer, seriously, take a moment to relax the best you can. Listen to some music, light some candles, and take a bath. Breathe.
Talk to your doctor.
Boy, if only I practiced what I preached.

I get canker sores from time to time.
Solution: Tom's Toothpaste. That stuff is awesome! It clears your cankers quickly and painlessly! There is no flouride in it, so the sores don't get worse.
Sometimes my heart starts to race too.
Solution: I hold my breath for a few seconds and think of a place I would rather be in that moment. Some place calm and peaceful. If this doesn't work on the first attempt, I repeat it.

Well, when I am stressed i get very tired and my mind races and I then can't sleep. It can cause body aches because of the tension, lack of mental alertness because of lack of sleep. I get horrible headaches when I am really stressed.
You have to take time out for you. Clear your mind. Take a warm bath, read a book or just try to meditate. Find a quiet place, whatever it is your bedroom or a place in the park or country and go there and just chill out, think and rest yourself from whatever stresses you. Chocolate therapy works for me. Good luck.

I chew my nails, lose sleep, get cranky, eat a lot, or not eat at all, cry.....sometimes, in extreme cases, I'll stress bad enough to make myself sick. I'm just one big ball of stress. :)
I stress, but it's not for a long time. It's like a firework...ya know? Gigantic......then, nothing. :p So, I don't usually have to calm myself down. However, I relieve some of my stress just by talking it through with people whose opinion I care about.

Muscle tension, headaches and migraines, weight gain, elevated blood pressure, mostly.
The thing that helps me is exercise. That's the best cure for stress. Your body reacts in a positive way to the good stress of exercise.

Trouble sleeping, anxiety, a change in eating habits such as eating too much or not eating at all, feelings of hopelessness or dread, physical pain intensified. You should consult a mental health professional and/or a doctor who can prescribe medication and follow up with therapy sessions until you have your stress under control.
