if you mean face than for me works very well, shaving every day. it cleans your skin, after shaving i put after shave balm or gel on my face to make sure that no bacteria survived and when i take shower i cleanse my face with nive for men, extra soothing face wash (sensitive)
and i have no spots on my face :)
i know its kinda hard but ive been tought that you should not trust unshaved man , so i shave ;)

oh yes and get ridding of semen, as from logical point of view, (as i have not met any scientific data yet) your hormons are the reason why you produce semen (aka c-u-m) and these hormons are the reason why you have spots, so if you get rid of semen your hormons got something more to do than makin spots on your face, i would advice you get rid of semen like once per 3 days, (masturbation or sex with partner, boths works well when it comes to spots)

Oil Cleansing Method

------------------------

Most people start out with 50 % Extra Virgin Olive Oil [EVOO] and 50% Castor Oil [CO], the EVOO is moisturising and the CO is cleansing – if you have really oily skin you may want to start with a slightly different mix say 25:75 EVOO:CO because that means you are getting more of the cleansing oil. Another very good oil to use is Jo-joba oil because it is very similar to the natural oils already on your face – I recommend you try the EVOO:CO mix and if you find your skin reacts well to that (or if it reacts badly – which I doubt it will) then switch over to 100% Jo-joba oil. OCM can be customised as your skin-type changes and tea tree or lavender essential oils can be added in small amounts to help prevent spots and help healing.

To cleanse put the oil onto you face, then takes a wash cloth that has been soaked in hot water, as hot as you can stand, wring it out and puts it over your face for a minute before then wiping all the oil off your face. The oil acts as a cleanser to take all the filth from your skin, the hot face cloth also then opens up the pores. Then follow with a toner such as Rosewater or a very watered down Witchhazel.

The reason it works is because as well as cleaning out the pores it keeps your skin healthy, unlike face wash it does not remove the skins natural oils that help to keep the skin healthy – also when this oil is removed the skin over-produces oil to make up for the loss, thus when the oil in the skin becomes detrimental rather than beneficial and causes spots.

Witchhazel...not an overnight cure but takes away a lot of the redness and irritation...you can get a wand from Boots...one end has a witchazel ointment for day...and a teatree ointment for night..it comes in a mascara sized tube with applicators a little like those for eyeshadow...seems to do the trick...and not that expensive...can be carried in your makeup bag. Apologies...or in your pocket if you are a boy...ooops

Tea tree products work a treat, and use an anti- spot and blackhead facewash in the mornings when you have a wash, such as Simple. Facewash products really do help.
