I pigged out last night. Do you think that's so bad? I did 30-40 min. of weights M-Sa and 60 min of cardio M-Sa. I always follow Weight Watchers. I've lost 4 lbs this week and feel toned. (I've been working out the past 3 weeks but just stepped it up this week.) Do you think one day of bad food will really make a huge difference? I'm about to go to the gym and I'm back on Weight Watchers today!

Im so tired, I wake in the morn and hit snooze without even knowing and wake up minutes before i have to leave for work. I used to be a big partier during the week but stopped that due to being hungover all the time but now I feel as if Im hungover anyway. I went through a bit of personal drama about two months ago and was putting the tiredness down to the result of stress but my life has settled down and i still feel a wreck most of the time. My diet is ok, its not great but not lacking in a decent amount of vitamins etc, and i sleep at least 7hrs a night. I dont work out but walk plenty to and from work and am active when Im not sprawled out on the sofa nearly unable to drag myself off it to go to the store. So any advise? I need to get my energy back, im only 25 and have reciently started a new job that i really need to be awake for! Help!

I suffered a grand mal seizure outdoors and the fall on concrete pushed my earring posts inside my ear and scraped the layers of the backside of my ear. After coming to their was a large amount of blood, I pulled the earrings out of my ear and it left a large chunk gone from the backside of my ear one. Will it ever grow back or is it gone forever. It is infected and I went to the doctor who put me on topical antibiotics and oral antibiotics but I am still having pain spasms and my lymph nodes are swllen. It is quite painful but they say it is normal, I dont feel so normal, any thoughts???

mouth ulcers are caused by which vit deficiency. If i start taking it regularly, wont my body get used to it?

I do get craving to eat some sweets after lunch. My fasting sugar level is always more than normal, but post lunch is quite normal. what does it mean?

Dec. 19 ,04 My fourteen year old son lost half of his sight do to sudo tumors, he now with the scaring has a 20/80 eye sight, this has changed not only his whole life but our families as well. Let's say I have a "hypothetical" question. My "friend" went to the doctor in "Japan" and got a topical cream. The problem is she went to the doctor for both "acne" and a "yeast infection" and she can't figure out which one the cream is for. Everything on the tube is in Kanji except for the words "Tebinaceil Cream 1%." Anyone know what tebinaceil cream is? Should she put it on her "woo-hoo" or her "face?"
