I had something similar a while back (I'm only just past 25 myself), and I was studying at uni. I ended up having to put my thesis deadline back a few months because I was soooo shattered.
I went to the doctor, who first looked at iron deficiency and underactive thyroid - blood tests for which both came back normal. I wound up getting headaches, slight tinnitus and constant, slight sore throats, which led me to wonder if I had glandular fever (I also used to party quite a lot at uni). Ask your doctor for the 'mono-spot' (aka Epstein-Barr) test, just to check you've not got it - some people can have it for a few weeks and be just a little bit tired, those less lucky can have it for a couple of months and be knocked out flat.
I took Seven Seas Tonic (great for a general vitamin surge, regardless of whether you're ill or not) when I knew I had it, which I think gave my immune system the shove it needed to fight the virus off. Eat well, sleep well, and SEE A DOCTOR!
Get well soon...

I had a phase of that last year, I cycle a lot, and found my distance dropping from 50 miles to around 35 before I started to feel really drained. I know cycling that much would drain you, but I am quite fit and did 50 regularly, I was feeling as if I had done the full distance when I hit 35 miles. I put it down to not keeping up my fitness levels or maybe my diet, but nothing seemed to help. Slowly but surely, I was getting worse and worse. Eventuall I went to the doctors and he did all sorts of tests to find the answer. Although I never got an entire straight answer, it seemed to be a blood sugar and iron problem (anemia). He advised me to up my iron intake (which includes drinking guinnes, which is never a bad thing) He also advised Iron and Vitamin B tablets. It took about 3 months of this and watching what I eat, but Im back on form now!
It could just be a buildup or backlash of your 'personal drama' but keep an eye on it, sweets tend to give ya an energy burst, if all else fails, go see ya doctor!
Feel free to contact me for any other information...
Hope that helps! Good luck with the new job!

You could be anaemic ( lack of iron) that leaves you feeling drained and tired. Try some iron pills and if that doesnt work then it might be worth getting some blood tests done to rule anything else out. My husband was like that and he was tested for everything, turned out he wasnt sleeping properly and was waking constantly through the night without realising, Do you sleep well? I know you say you get 7 hours but is it a decent sleep? I would go to your doc if i were you, your only 25 and your quality of life is being affected, make an appointment xxx

You could have an under active thyriod! Is your sink really dry and do you loose your temper really easly? I know what its like when your tierd for no reason and its not that fun! Maybe go and see a doctor! Put your foot down and tell them what you want to be tested for! I know what the docs are like in the uk! You really need to let them know how you feel! And there is no harm in having a tyriod test! Its one less thing to rule out! Also have you been anywhere tropical on holiday! Its also something to think about as you may have gotten sonething there like Bulhazia! Just keep all your options open! Keep your chin up! I know its not that easy!

It sounds like you've fairly stabilized your life so I would go to a doctor & ask about that if I were you. Exhaustion could be the result of numerous things. My grandma & sister both had that problem for years & it turns out they simply had anemia. Anemia is low blood cell count or low iron levels in the blood in case you didn't know...some people don't.

I went abit like that and i had sanatagen powder, its a powder and you can put in a glass of milk etc, it really perked me up. Other wise go to your doctor, it may be withdrawals from all the stress, as we seem to manage at the time but our body slows down after the dramas. hope you manage to sort it out!! Best Wishes

I second the underactive thyroid and just wanted to add that you should first give an honest effort in starting an excersize program. And eating right. Not saying go crazy with it, but i know that if im dehydrated, or even eat slightly worse then my husband it effects me much worse them him. Everyones different. Good luck.

Do you have enough iron in your diet? I would go and see a doctor if I was you.
If they are no use try something holistic like Reflexology, they can tell you areas of your body that might be causing you problems.

now and back you could no longer do something approximately what to do. Pray for God's help to alter what you, and settle for what you could no longer. Jesus may be your comforter. you could no longer kill your self as a results of fact others love you, and would probably blame themselves for it. talk with Jesus approximately your situation and have faith in Him.
