lay on your back - lift your legs and bend them so your knees are parallel to your hips (like a cochroach on its back) - use your abs to swing your knees toward your head, lower back lifts. roll back down, extend your legs and repeat. dont forget to breathe right and use your abs, not your back.

Your exercise area is the kitchen. You cannot spot lose weight, as hard as you try. It's impossible. You have to lose weight over the entire body for it to show in the midsection.
You have to stop eating so much, and eat the right food when you do eat. No shortcuts. It doesn't matter how healthy or "not obese" you think you are. You need to change your diet and get exercise to burn more calories than you are taking in.

You will need to do upper and lower abs. Do normal sit ups for the front and then do them with your legs to the left and right for your obliques.
For the lower abs bend your legs at a 90 degree angle whilst lying on your back and push your legs outwards alternatively. You can also lift your bum off the floor with your hands at your sides.
Or just stop drinking beer!

mickjam has it.
That area is my MOST stubborn area and only re-arranging my ratios (protein, carbs, fats) and doubling my cardio during my cutting phase gets it to go away.
I can do inverted situps with a 45lb plate behind my head so I KNOW just doing ab work isn't the cure all.
