First, make sure your under the care of a physician who can diagnose the reason for your low WBC count. Second, avoid infections or exposure as you are immunocompromised. There is a medication called "Neupogen" that is used to enhance white blood cell production-prescription only, but it requires subcutaneous injections at prescribed intervals.

It depends on the cause. Have you had chemotherapy or a virus infection? Only time remedies most cases.
