Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

I'm trying to do the same thing. I started 2 months ago eating no more than 1800 calories a day. Lifting weights 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. Eating whole grains lots of veggies lean meats, and at least 1 fruit per day. Breaking up my calories into a 200 calorie breakfast 300 calorie lunch two 200 calorie snacks and a 600 calorie dinner. i know it doesn't add up but thats just my cushion for when lunch was actually 350 instead of 300. Stick with it and your goal is very possible. I have lost 18 in 2 months and it would have been more if I hadn't had a week and a half of vacation where I maintained the weight i was at.

Good luck!!

If you are really really overweight it is possible
but definitely consult a doctor!

If you are not extremely overweight, I really don't
recommend losing that much that soon. It is tough
on your body and in the end will slow your metabolism
so much it will be almost impossible to keep the weight
off (you will likely gain it and more back).

Long term healthy diet and exercise will keep weight
off (good goal is losing 2 or 3 pounds per month for
a while). Sounds like nothing, but after a year you've
lost 24 pounds, then 48 next year and so on!

I wish that ther is a diet which would help me lose 50 pounds (25 kg) with in 6 months. Yeah, I would try fasting in order to get down to my birth weight and keep it off, I'm not very sure that it could work or not, I'll give it a try!! Wait, I can't. I would try exercising by riding my tricycle around the neighbourhood at say approximately 10 laps or so at a steady pace.

It is very possible to lose 50lbs in 6 months. I lost 10lbs in one month on NutriSystem. It worked well for me, no cooking, you just need to buy fruits, veggies and dairy to supplement the plan. Weight Watchers is another good plan.
Walking is an excellent exercise, start by going around the block once a day then build up to twice around etc.
Good luck!!!

I just read that if you want to set a goal like that you have to multiply the pounds you want to lose by the number of calories in a pound of fat. (3500) Divide the total by the number of days you'll diet. Eat that many fewer calories each day. (50x3500=175,000,
175,000 divided by 180 = 972) You may want to see your doctor first!

That might be too much to lose in that amount of time. If you lose it too fast you have a better chance of gaining it back. Just eat less calories than you use. Exercise and eat healthier foods. Try to eat things high in protein and fiber. They keep you fuller longer so you won't be tempted to eat so much. Try to eat 5 small meals a day.

It is totally possible. You have to drink a lot of water, get a daily exercise routine and eat healthy. Also, it can't just be a "diet" it has to be a total life style change or you will gain it all back. Do things you find fun for exercise, like swimming, rollerblading, whatever you like. exercise does not have to be boring and mundance.
