This could be so many things, some needing immediate medical attention. Often heart attacks begin with a pain that radiates down the left arm. Age doesn't matter; even teens can have a heart attack. By strange, it's hard to know what exactly you are feeling. Tingling, pain, numbness might be a pinched ulnar nerve. There might be shoulder problems. Weakness in the arm could indicate a stroke. Whatever, let a doctor evaluate this.

That's a broad question...how old are you? We don't really know what strange means either, if it concerns you check with your Doctor.
