Well, I am trying to find a way to drop about 15-20 pounds. I am not fat. I just have a big but and thighs. My stomach is flat. I just flip out when I get on scales and see that I am 148. I am 5'7", so I don't think I'm fat....am I? Anyway, I want to feel sexier and better about myself. I want to go to Curves (I lost weight doing that before) I just don't have anyone to go with me. I don't want to go by myself... What should I do?
