Take a pain reliever and apply some heat. Try using a warm towel from the dryer or a heating pad. Try to focus on something else and take deep breaths in and release them slowly.

3 advil with a little snack
heating pad
walk around the block
soak in a warm bath

Another thing I found out that helps me, is for me to keep my feet warm. Wear socks, shoes, or if you are laying around or sitting around, put a blanket on your feet. I know it may sound silly, but it does work!!

wow don't we wish that can happen if it hurts really bad u can go to the doctors and she of he can give something that Will ease the pain but that wont stop until it goes for good

4 Tylenol/Motrin/generic aspirin - the only thing that works for me. Sometimes stretching helps. Hope you feel better!

For me, ibuprofin products work MUCH better than acetaminophen products, like Midol, Pamperin, etc.
