Congratulations on your new baby! Good for you for starting to exercise. You are still hungry because you are breastfeeding. Don't stop breastfeeding though, what you can do is to eat many small meals during the day. I use little kid bowls for my portion servings and I really pay attention to when I feel full rather than when my bowl is empty. Give yourself time also. You are a new mom and a healthy weight loss takes time.
Best of luck to you!

Maybe after you're breastfeeding you can start Atkins diet. It worked for me. I lost 30 lbs. I am now between 115 - 120 lbs.

But only after you are breastfeeding. The weight should come off. You need to be ready and be committed when you start a diet. Make sure the people around you are supportive.

Hi,

As a mother of a 13 month old, I can understand what you are going through now.

The reason why you are hungry is because you need lots of energy to make breast milk. You may not be eating enough nutrients and that may be why you keep feeling hungry.

Doing exercises will help you shape up. You may want to watch your diet a little and take lesser carbo to see better results.

When you stop breastfeeding, you might want to do a detox diet to get into shape quickly. I am doing one and just lost 7kg within 14 days.

If you want, you can email me and we can start a new mummies weight loss support group..muahahaha...

Go go go!!!

When feeding your baby, try to rock him(or her) as much as possible without a back support. This will slowly but surely tighten your abs. Also, drink lots and lots of water. I'm getting married In Sept., and I have lost an average of 2 lbs a week by drinking the recommended dose of 64 oz of water a day.
