I wouldn't recommend it. Caffeine is really bad for your system. Plus you won't sleep properly. Go for a run each evening, and eat more fibre :)

No. If you want to lose weight and be healthy, you need to drink recommended intake of water for your weight range. It averages about 8 glasses a day. And having a cup of coffee does not equal one glass of water. To much caffeine can also be bad for your body.

As long as you're not adding a cup of sugar to each cup, I think the caffeine would make you lose weight. But trust me, caffeine is very bad for you in any significant amount. If you start drinking that much coffee, you will feel terrible when you stop drinking it. Caffeine stimulates by making you feel alert when your body needs rest, so when you stop drinking it you realize how badly your body needed rest. I recommend decaf beverages if you're going to drink much of them. Good luck!

I wouldn't recommend it, that caffeine in coffee will act as a natural laxative which will eventually cause dehydration. Water is better and has 0 calories!!! a variety of everything in moderation is always best!

Check out www.eatright.org for more information on the effects from caffiene.
best wishes!

drinking coffee all day will dehydrate you. when your dehydrated your body clings to whatever water you do have, and causes you to get bloated and have edema.
whilst drinking coffee does speed up your metabolism to an extent, and supresses appetite slightly...drinking it all day with no other liquids is bad idea and won't help you lose weight

Sure, but with little food you might get the shakes drinking all that coffee...also be careful if you use cream and sugar.

Ye, but you will be addicted to caffeine!! It is not how many times you eat rather the amount of calories eaten.
