I smoked a lot of maryjane of over the weekend and now get winded easy, How can I breath better? Im never smoking again, will my lungs get better?

I'm glad you won't smoke anymore. Lung capacity can be aided by brisk walking or hiking. This will make your lungs work and also expells the toxins from the weed you smoked. Protect those lungs, you only get two and they are needed for optimum healthy.
