mouth ulcers are caused by which vit deficiency. If i start taking it regularly, wont my body get used to it?

I do get craving to eat some sweets after lunch. My fasting sugar level is always more than normal, but post lunch is quite normal. what does it mean?

You can reduce the incidences of mouth ulcers by maintaining good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth often and use an antiseptic mouthwash like Listerine.

Its not that uncommon to have mouth ulcers after eating those foods u mentioned. It can happen after eating Coconut sweetballs too.
Reguarding sugar, u need to check u levels.

WOO-HOO!!!!! bypass CHOCOLATE!!! in any case, I many times devour some chocolate approximately another day, notwithstanding i'm eating extra now by using fact of lady Scout cookies and a chocolate easter bunny I recieved. yet who cares? Chocolate is extraordinary!!

Intake of vitamin "C" will be helpful.

Application of "Boroglycerine" also yields good results.

Please try to manage the sugar level. It will give better control.
