I've lost like 10 pounds and I look hot (but can only lose about 10 more before Im underweight) and I'm wondering...
How long I can go on (just drinking water)...Should I just listen to my body?
Also, when Im ready to eat, what should it be? - I dont want any stomach aches (ive heard horror stories)
If anyone else has done this: How long did you last? What was your experience? How much did you lose?
Will I really gain everything back like everyone says?? Im not going to gorge myself when its over, I will build up my cals gradually?
Only experienced fasters please, Im not interested in people who tell me this is dangerous.
And NO Im not anorexic I just have alot of willpower.
