I've lost like 10 pounds and I look hot (but can only lose about 10 more before Im underweight) and I'm wondering...

How long I can go on (just drinking water)...Should I just listen to my body?

Also, when Im ready to eat, what should it be? - I dont want any stomach aches (ive heard horror stories)

If anyone else has done this: How long did you last? What was your experience? How much did you lose?

Will I really gain everything back like everyone says?? Im not going to gorge myself when its over, I will build up my cals gradually?

Only experienced fasters please, Im not interested in people who tell me this is dangerous.
And NO Im not anorexic I just have alot of willpower.

Ok dumb people once again IM NOT ANOREXIC!!!!

Go do a google search on fasting - you will see it has many benefits!
No im not pale or gray, Im actually pretty tan!!!
And buy the way I am not even hungry and I have lots of energy so I doubt Im dying...

Water diets don't work. You're only flushing out the water in your body that helps make your skin, hair, and nails look good. You will most definitely gain back most of the weight after just one meal, and probably will gain back the 10 pounds within two days of eating normally. This "diet" won't help you at all and can affect your metabolism and organs and make losing weight the healthy way even more difficult for you. Since you are "starving" yourself, once you eat food your fat cells are going to try to store the fat for the next time you do this "water diet." I've dieted my whole life. Diets don't work. If you really want to lose weight, eat healthier foods and smaller portions and exercise lifting weights to gain lean muscle that will continue to burn fat. If you are almost 10 pounds from being underweight you may need to seek professional help. You shouldn't be dieting if you are already this thin. Despite what the media, magazines, and television tell us. Most men prefer women with some curves. Once you are eating healthy again, pay attention to your skin and the glow you will have on your face. I bet right now you look pale, ashy, and a little gray, and may be experiencing some hair loss as well as your hair looking limp and dull. Is this really the look you want? I was a size 10 when I met my husband and after being married for 4 year and having a baby I have gained weight and am much bigger but my husband still finds me attractive and he's thin, athletic, and women flirt with him all the time. When you do eat again, start out slow with things that are easy to digest. I'm 28 now and have been watching my weight since I was about 13. Trust me, fasting like this is not the answer.

My friend you're officially in denial, and i would classify you as anorexic and i'm not just saying this - because this is EXACTLY what anorexic people do! Trust me!

Yes you WILL regain everything back, but if you continue fasting with only water to feed yourself not only will you look good but:
1) You will also fail your kidneys
2) Your liver will malfunction
3) Your stomach and intestines will not work normally and some of the side-effects of fasting will remain there forever

One of my friends came near to death when she was fasting: but fortunately she got help....

Ultimately it's up to you my friend, and i hope you make the right decision: coz how bad would it suck that you get the hot body you wanted, but it would be six feet under?

this is a very silly thing you are doing .you can go into organ failure doing this kind of diet and you will pile it back on later in life if you make it that far.you are abusing your body big time
