I think run will better than ride a bike. When you run, your body burns a lot of calories more than ride a bike.
Anyway, both of them are good, but run is little bid better than ride a bike.

ride a bike. running is very hard on your knees. And, if you don't wear a helmet, riding a bike is hard on your head. I speak from experience.

I would say over all running is a LITTLE bit better.. just barely. better then both of those would be swimming. thats better than both because you use everything in your body.
