I know the feeling - I feel the same. I am going to have a blood test to see if I have an underactive thyroid - when I can summon up the energy to make the appointment!
My sister found that this was the problem for her, although she had other symptoms too, like aching muscles and she had put on weight.
As someone else has suggested, your first port of call should be your doctor. You could definitely ask for a blood test to check for thryoid difficulties, as well as other problems.
Hope this helps and God Bless you !
