Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Well, that depends becuse right now I am trying to lose weight myself and I'm only 12 years old at 160 pounds and last summer, I was 11 at 175 pounds! Talk about gaining lotta weight! But what I usually did is walk and tried to eat health (at some times) and sometimes, the weight just lost by itself without me doing anything, but people are different. Anyway, maybe if you eat more healthy and exercise once or twice a day and drink a lot of water (not too much) then maybe you'll lose weight. When I run around the park, some days, my weight is from 160 to 155 in a day! But the next day when I eat, it somehow goes up like 1 or 2 pounds so if you're really devoted to getting on a diet, I'm sure you'll lose weight. (P.S. I am a girl because mostly people online think I'm a boy since my name is used on some boys as their names in the U.S. but its a Nigerian unisex name. I am also an Anerican too).

At this stage of the game, dropping 10 in 3 weeks will be tough. As you get closer to your goal weight, progress will slow. Why?
Well, first of all, some of the weight you lost was muscle and muscle burns more calories so losing it slows your metabolism, thus the same daily caloric level is going to result in slower weight loss. Also our bodies are designed to prevent starvation so it protects itself from dropping too fast.
I think it is also possible that many people stop being quite so diligent about their regimine as the goal gets closer.
Without knowing what you are doing, it is hard to make specific recommendations as to how to "speed it up."
Plateaus are pretty normal during weight loss. You'll drop..then level off, then drop again. Why? I don't know. I just know that this happens to most of us. Usually you need to change up your routine to "shock" your body into action.
Change up your exercise routine. If you haven't already added weight training, do it now. You will lose inches very quickly and its a great caloric burn. If you are weight lifting, look to a trainer or even a fitness magazine for a different routine. The bonus to changing your routine - it kills boredom.
Make sure you are fitting in 30 mins or more of aerobic activity, at least 3 times a week. If you are in a hurry with that last 10, step it up to 5 times a week and up to an hour if you can. You don't need to do it all at once. A run in the morning and a walk in the evening works (though a walk doesn't burn as many calories).
Biking, jogging, swimming, a cardio machine, etc. any of these work great.
My doc had suggested a leisurely paced walk every evening helps burn off residual sugar in your blood and may help you drop weight faster.
Make sure you are getting at least a half gallon of water a day, cut out the diet soda (there's some research indicating that even artificial sweetners can mess with your metabolism).
Reduce your net carb level to around 20 grams a day (google the term net carbs to explain how that is calculated.
Make sure you are getting enough of the right nutrients. For some reason, I have found I lose weight faster if I am getting the right balance. Most diets are missing something, so this is what I take as supplements:
Calcium - either via your food or pills, 1000 mg a day
EFA - if you eat a lot of salmon and nuts, you may not need this one
B complex - helps keep energy up
Chromium - helps with sugar balance
Vitamin C and/or a good anti-oxidant.
Good luck.

it better be possible! cuz i want to do the same thing! lol. yes, it's possible, hon. i do slimfast and drink a lot of water with one meal a day. that's my own thing though. i think my body can tolerate that. you have to find what's right for you. *hug* email or IM me for more info. i hope it all works out for you. remember that sometimes after losing some weight, everyone's body can hit a slump. everyone can stop losing for a period of time. that happened to me too. but it will start again. just keep doing whatever diet or whatnot you're doing. don't give up!

It's definitely possible. Try changing what you are eating--eat fewer white carbs, and, if possible, fewer carbs all together. Make sure to eat lots of small, healthy meals throughout the day, and don't eat after a certain time at night. Increase your exercise 30 more minutes a day--it will really help.

It's possible. Do the Atkins low carb induction for the next 2 weeks and you will probably lose 10-15. Also increase your workouts and protein.
