I fell down the stairs approximatly four weeks ago, at first it hurt to walk, then onlyhurt when I go up the stairs, now it barely hurts (except when I bang it). It is really very swollen, significantly bigger then my other. How do I know if it is broken? What can I do to healp the swelling go away?

I need a booklet to record my blood sugar readings. I was told I could go to walmart I couldn't find them. Is there a website that has them for free? I really need some so if anyone knows anywhere please let me know. I have to test my blood sugar 4 times a day.

i don't want to scar, so i want to use the aloe plant in my backyard. is it safe to just cut it and use the juices from it? my parents say it is and thats how you prevent scars they say. does anyone know how to apply it if its safe? thanks :)

My friend is 12 weeks pregnant and was bleeding for the first 3 weeks. The sonogram stated all is ok, but now she's having cramps and has shivers and her nails turn blue!!! BUT... my body is handleing exerciseing very well.....i heard a person shouldnt do it no more than 3 times a week? but im trying to lose weight, alot of weight! so wouldnt more times a week be better?? as of right now im working out 3 times a week 30 mins doing flatten your belly with pilates then another 20 mins doing cardio pilates. im not saying i should be doing an hour everyday but something as simple as running in place or walking on the treadmill would be better then to miss a day? hmm am i right or wrong on this?? any thoughts on this? and how often do you work out? and do you use pilates? thanks all : ]
