There is a description of heaven in the Bible. It's found in Revelation 21.
I'm curious as to why you categorized this under Dental.

No one knows exactly what Heaven looks like. Some people do not even believe that Heaven is real. I have heard that it is a calm and peaceful place. That everyone is happy and that there is no fighting. But there is no evidence of this.

It's all in the mind of the beholder.
My heaven looks like clean, clear air with fantastically beautiful colors everywhere - like a rainbow, and flowers, and rivers and trees, mountains, and all of nature. It is all about energy....spirits with energy and continuous movement. It's soft low music so poignant it makes your eyes tear up.
There is no friction or ugliness.....no ego

well i know first hand that heaven is petty awesome, having been there a few times. i usually hang out there for a couple weeks during winter vacation and party with the locals. they all have wings and halos...
