If you are talking about masturbating yourself, the answer is NO, you can't get AIDS. Now, if the case is about masturbating someone else... well, if he has AIDS, and his sperm touches an open wound in your body, then you are at risk. Be careful!

No, you can't get aids from masterbating. Possible if your standing in a pool of infected blood or covering in excretions(?) but no you can't get AIDs from jerkin it.

no you can't get AIDS from masturbation. it would take 3 55 gallon oil drum to get AIDS from being touched by semen
