I need a booklet to record my blood sugar readings. I was told I could go to walmart I couldn't find them. Is there a website that has them for free? I really need some so if anyone knows anywhere please let me know. I have to test my blood sugar 4 times a day.

If you bought a glucometer, it should have come with a small booklet. You can keep track on your computer, there are programs available, some even download the data from your meter.

Personally, I use a stenopad, because I can keep a lot more data on it and I got used to using it every day. Booklets get lost and fill up fast.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Ask your doctor.

A simple and effective way to keep track is by the computer. Some glucometers can download fsg to you personal computer.

Another way is making a spreadsheet on say Microsoft Exel and if you have a Palm you can also enter the number into them. You can try and see if any of the glucometer manufacturers have a template for your computer.

This is similar to another question I answered. I made my own, using Excell. I would create enough columns to allow for each of your daily blood readings, for your morning meal, mid-day meal, evening meal and any snacks you have, as well as any type of exercise you did, when and for how long. You can keep these journals month over month and compare them with your doctor, or just use them yourself as a guide.

You should be able to get them free from your primary care doctor/Nurse.
Ask about them.
They may even send one to you if you just call.
Or, you can call the manufacturer of your Glucometer. There is usually a toll free number on the back of the meter.

I made up my own sheet with breakfast-lunch-dinner-bedtime. Write down bs no. in one column and insulin amount next to it, if you are on insulin. I find those booklets too small for other things that I write in mine. Just copy on copier. Good luck!
