The Mrs. and I used to go to a website called:

It used to be a .org, but now it's a .com. It was down for awhile but now it's back with aggresive amounts of advertising and less actual advise and answers.
I'm assuming your looking for personal mastrubation tips so this site should help as it is geard more towards the ladies.
