My head (scalp) really hurts and burns but not severly like going to the hospital or anything.?

Check your shampoo, maybe you're allergic to it. Try baby shampoo like the other person said. If that doesn't work, see a doctor, they can prescribe you something. Best of luck.

I think you should wash your head before you start losing hair from anything you put on your head. you should just use regular soap.
or use Johnson and Johnson's baby shampoo if it really burns like you say.
