Hi Kristen,
I am the same height as you. It depends on your body type and how you look. For me a healthy looking weight would 115-120. I workout a lot so I weigh 126. 135 doesn't sound bad. What was your weight before you had children? Did you look healthy or too thin? As I'm sure you know that after having kids most people will be out of shape some what. What size pants do you wear? You say that you are feeling over weight but how do you really look? I always feel like I'm a little over weight even though I am truly not. You not being able to lose weight from your chest may be because of the fact that you have had children. Usually that is one of the first areas that you will lose weight but everyone's body is different. Are they so big that its causing your back to hurt? If you can't make it to the gym there are things you can do to tone-up at home.

I hope I helped! If you have other questions just ask away.

Good luck and have a good weekend!

Numbers are only the detail that makes us care about something we can't directly change...if we stop caring about the ammount we weight and start caring about how good and healthy we feel, then maybe it would be best in the long run. If you feel you have a problem with the ammount of fat on your body, then pickup a work out pattern such as yoga or jogging about 3-5 times a week. It doesn't have to be more than 30 min. Start massaging the area that you feel you need work, and bring awareness to those areas. Drink about a gallon of water a day to flush out your system, and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. You'll be on your way to looking and feeling better than ever before. (on a side note...if you want to do an experiment to see why you should drink so much water try this...pee in a water bottle or a cup and let it sit for a day or two...you will see the ammount of fatty substances that we naturally pee out...it is gross but true...) Live long and prosper! :o)

You can search under weight chart for adult that is 5feet 2 inches but these charts are only average guidelines and not specifically correct or you but if you feel uncomfortable with your present weight then go see your family doctor BEFORE you go on a diet(not good to do) or Begin a weight loss program-he can tell you what you should weigh-more specific to your body type, bone structure etc and if you discuss with him your wish to lose some weight there are very safe products that you're able to get through your doctor and by safe are not addictive, will not have damaging effect on your blood pressure(just about every weight loss product on market-over the counter-affects blood pressure-raises it, and has been proving to work if you eat sensibly-will also give you nutrition guideline .!35 lbs for your height is not that bad. Good Luck

For a 5 foot tall women, the average weight is 100 lbs. Add 5 lbs for each additional inch in height. These numbers are for average muscle build and bone structure. Add more or less depending on your body frame and muscle mass.

you won't be able to make sure that in simple terms from height. you need to consider bone density and all that different mumbo jumbo. and there is not any "proper" weight. there is in simple terms an average weight or a healthful weight. in case you actually pick to understand bypass see your physician.

135 is fine, even 145 with your large boobs. My daughter is 4' 11" and weighs 120, she looks perfect, and her boobs are really small. You are fine, don't be so self conscious. Ron
