Stretches, scrunches, and sit ups. Any exercise helps. Go around when you have the chance and suck your gut in, that also helps and good posture.

Not doing anything about your diet and over-exercising could actually make you fatter, due to the muscle gain. Muscles are five times heavier than fats. I suggest cutting down on sweet drinks, e.g Pepsi, takeaway/fast foods, night snacking, that's a real main culprit. Substitute meat for veggies, 'cause vegs have tons of fibre to keep you feeling full. When you're of an ideal weight, THEN start exercising. Drink loads of water, it's a necessary component in burning fats.
I heard chillis increase your metabolism too. And they taste great!

The best way is to do alot of crunchies and sit ups. but you gotta do like 100-500 crunchies a day and 50-100 situps to see results fast.

Exercise and a nutritional diet. Set ups did it for me. Walking is a good exercise.

The E word mate, EXERCISE, & oh, if you start to breathe with your tummy muscles instead of you chest, ( like most people wrongly do ), you will tighten your tummy naturally. good luck, see ya !!!

Drink lots of water....Situps will do wonder....lay off of Pop...try diet pop....I lost alot of weight just by quit drinking so much pop and not as much junk food.
