I want to start eating better and I know that eating more raw food will help. The thing is I am not sure how to start such a program. Any help will be appreciated!

I've been living on practically 3 things - Yogurt in the morning, cucumbers and tomatos cut up into a salad for lunch and dinner and more yogurt at night. I noticed I've been more gassy lately, and my hubby says its from all the vegtables I've been eating. Is this true?

I know that most beans can be eaten raw before they are completely "ripe" and are quite nutricious. That is when the beans are still soft and have not yet hardened.

3-4 ripe bananas
1 pineapple
2 apples
3 very ripe, juicy mangoes

1 lb of fresh spinach
1 lb of fresh mushrooms
1 lg red onion

1 lb green beans, fresh from the garden
1 can slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Seasonings, sea salt, pepper, ground red pepper, curry, lemon pepper and honey

No meat products allowed, but can substitute more nuts for protein.

So what will you prepare? Should be tasty and pleasing to the eye.

Aren't people who eat only plants, technically eating animals still or essences of animals. Because isn't fertilizer used to grow the vegetables, and doesn't the fertilizer come from animals, And the nutrients from the fertilizer absorbed by the plants used for energy so aren't you technically eating animal products?
