Depending on what you are fixing, you can add more of all the OTHER ingredients, and freeze the excess batter.
One thing that will NOT work is the old wives tale about adding potato. SOME salt may be taken in by the potato, but all the salt is still THERE, in the batter. The potato does not make the salt magically disappear!

You can add some curds. The best thing to do is make more batter without salt and mix with the salty batter

Depending on what the batter is for - add a little rice powder. Should reduce the salt.

chop up a potato and let it sit in the batter for a while. It will soak up some of the excess salt.

That is a hard one...Depends on what you are baking. There's really no way to get rid of it unless you make another batch, without salt and combine the two together after mixing the second batch! To do, break up both batches in inch-size clumps, and in the mixer, throw all of the clumps in randomly -- so they are all mixed-up. Then, pulse the mixer until they are JUST incorporated together!
