If you're not much of a chef or are just getting started, I HIGHLY suggest Morningstar Farms and Gardenburger products. I like Gargenburger a lot more than Boca. They taste better and have a much more pleasant texture.

Amy's Kitchen is also very good. It's all organic and has many vegan options as well as vegetarian.

These are all frozen and easily prepared.

You may also want to look up a Whole Foods near you. They offer a wide variety of organic and veg products.

Good luck!

My favorite dish is Tacos using Morningstar Farms veggie "hamburger" meat. Yummy! My daughter, who is not vegetarian anymore actually prefers these tacos to the real thing. This is a good substitute for anything that calls for ground hamburger.

vegan lasagna... vegan gourmet makes a great cheese., i use 3 blocks of that assorted, spinach and a variety of mushrooms. also my chinese food is pretty good. make spring rolls, you can buy wrappers at most grocery stores, asian stores for sure. deep-frying them in a pot is ideal. not as much work as you might think.

"Pretend" Beef Stroganoff. Use Beef flavoured tofu. I'm not a vegetarian, but I tried this and it was amazing.
