I've been living on practically 3 things - Yogurt in the morning, cucumbers and tomatos cut up into a salad for lunch and dinner and more yogurt at night. I noticed I've been more gassy lately, and my hubby says its from all the vegtables I've been eating. Is this true?

Thanks for sharing. And how are your bowel movements these days? Does your husband like to fart too. Maybe he likes you to fart and he likes to smell it. Hmmmm . . . the thought of a stranger asking about their farts is such a high-class, ladylike thing to do. Thanks again!

P.S. Try eating adding some broccoli to the mix. How 'bout some cabbage!

Depends on the vegetable, and how fast you eat it. But I would look more to the yogurt, you may be lactose intolerant. To my understanding when you eat dairy and you are lactose intolerant, it gives you gas. It is also supposed to give you cramps in all your muscles, but especially your upper arms and upper legs. If you aren't getting the cramps, then it probably isn't the yogurt.

It can be, it can also be from the yogurt.

You're eating better, and that includes more fiber and roughage.

Try Beano - it works.
