I myself once was NOT VEGAN, but I am glad that when I WOKE up in this life to the notion of changing my life around I did NOT get caught up on that GROSS eggman's road.... And maybe the eggman comes back to play out for the SEED MAN.

Just think how gross not only the ABUSE which the animal goes thru is, but also how gross it is to put such raped eggs or milk or murdered flesh into your BODY.

Try AGAVE NECTAR or RICE SYRUP or MAPLE SYRUP or CANE SUGAR....leave the bee's sweetness alone in this respect.
You would not want to BE TAKEN from in that way, would you?

Now when I try to feed him any type of meat he hates it. What can I do to replace the vitamins *protein* that he is losing without eating meat. I know he can eat fish, eggs and beans. But what other alternatives that I can give him that would replace meat. Has any other mother had this problem?

I read an email that said that you use more calories while eating apples and celery than you take in from them, so you really lose more calories than you gain. Is that true?

I am looking for some good--strike that, I am looking for some bad, yet, informative information on the horrible process of hot dogs. Pictures of meat processing plants would be great. I do not eat them and I am trying to convince someone else to stop eating them. Anyone seen the "Meatrix"? I am looking for something some hard evidence to stop the insanity of the person I love from eating more hot dogs!!!

And if so would you eat them with tofu
or with something more like a mushroom and spinach bruschetta
or maybe couccous with pine nuts dried frut and smurfs
I think that would look pretty nice with all of the colors.

I am looking for good ideas and creative ways to mix up fruits and veggies for a detox diet. Any good fruit and veggie combinations to blend up? Any detox advice? I am planning to follow the fat-flush method where you drink unsweetened cranberry-lemon water.

More specifically, if I have not had my daily amount of calories and need to cram some in before getting ready for bed, is that appropriate? I am looking to gain weight, in a healthy manner, and I do not like the idea of going below my daily alotted calorie intake. This being the vegetarian and vegan area, I am speaking about those types of foods. If someone could provide some sort of information about this, it would be most helpful, thank you.

(I've posted this three other times and no one seems to be responding with any useful or meaningful information. It would be most appreciated if someone could provide some insight into this question.)
