i know...!!! what the f@ck is the point in that?...
my ex was skinny, cos he had no money. goes in prison and comes out looking like he's had a holiday... free meals and free gym membership!
they should have put him in the zoo with the other monkeys when he came out

If your "open" is an adjective: to encourage inmates to hop it to make their own meals if prison grub isn't good enough for them, it seems. If your "open" is a verb (command?): it's the same. You really ought to get into the correct Answers area. We're talking f-o-o-d here.

maybe they only got one cell , if they let them out for a couple a hours they fit more in
