beans are source of good proteins because beans which are classified as legumes are the only vege that contains carbohydrate and also protein. You can't find high content of protein in other vege. In my course of studies, "food and health", it is recommmended that those vegetarian to take legumes, which are beans as their protein scource!! hope this will help!!!

No, beans is a source of very good protein. All lentils as well is a very good source of protein.

No, beans are a great source of protien...it's just "incomplete" (lacks some essential amino acids your body needs)...to make them complete, just pair them with some sort of carbs (which have the amino acids the beans lack!)

Yum...Puerto Rican style rice and beans come to mind!

No vegetables are bad source of anything. Beans are as good as any other healthy vegetables. No problem at all.
