I have three straw hats with assorted shapes and brims, a tie-dyed cotton hat with a 2 1/2" brim (my current favorite!), 1 yellow and 1 orange cotton hat with 2" curved brim, 1 black beret, 1 cream knit and 1 black fuzzy pull-on-type winter hat, a purple dressy hat with a 4" brim, a red casual hat with a 3" brim, half a dozen assorted baseball caps, and a slouchy black/purple/fuschia paisley velvet hat with a 1 1/2" brim.
Oh, and one white chef's hat, a "Little House on the Prairie"-type bonnet, a white mop cap, and a black witch's hat that I use for halloween costumes!
That makes about 22 that I can think of right now ... I'm not where I can check my closets, so I may have missed a few!

Several dozen. ALL of them are vegan!
That said, I love a great medium rare steak...
