you could create a fruit salad with the first four ingredients for desert. just slice all the fruits into bite-size pieces, put those in a bowl, and then spread some honey on top. or you could put a mixture of whipped cream and condensed milk on that (as a substitute for the honey, but actually the honey works well already).

the second set of ingredients would be perfect for a vegetable side dish. wash the spinach and mushrooms, and then slice them to strips (including the onions). heat some oil in a pan, then saute the mushrooms for a while until it's done (take extra care not to make the mushrooms soggy). put those on a bowl, and then blanch the spinach strips (meaning you cook the leaves for about 1+ minutes). add those to the mushroom bowl as well as the onions. add some balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper.

heat some oil in the pan and then saute some onions, add the cream of mushroom soup, add some water, and then let that simmer. put the almonds on another pan and then brown it. after that, include those almonds in the cream of mushroom soup mixture that's simmering. add the green beans after that.

dont forget to put some salt and pepper on the cream of mushroom soup, just to taste. :)

lightly steam green beans (remove stems before), and put to cool in fridge/freezer. If the spinach is mature (not baby spinach), tear/cut into bite size pieces. Put a portion onto a plate. Cut some thin onion slices, separate rings, and arrange attractively onto spinach. Add some green beans on top and a few apple slices, and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
Serve with vinaigrette (my favorite recipe: olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs)
I would make a smoothie with the fruits and ice, and serve it in a nice glass.

I'd mix the fruit with the honey and make a nice fruit salad. Then mix the spinach, mushrooms, onion, green beans, almonds and spices for a salad. I guess you could just make the cream of mushroom soup per directions.

appetizer: apple slices and some of the almonds, serve w/without sparkling water or white wine.

soup: sprinkle with a lite dusting of curry and its a done deal.

entree: 1. slice onion in thinnest slices possible and saute in 1tsp. of canola or sunflower oil, pure olive oil is my choice. 2. when onions are opaque add 1 tsp. more of oil, add sliced mushrooms to onions and stir for 3 - 5 mins. season with salt and red pepper to taste. 3. top with rinsed not dried spinach ( the water in the spinach will help to steam the spinach) cover and cook on low heat for 5 - 7 mins. 4. stir to blend and serve.

side dish: steam beans in 2 inches of water for 10 mins. or until tender. turn off heat and cover for 5 mins. drain and add 1/4 tsp. of lemon pepper, blend and sprinkle with almonds before serving.

dessert: the bananas, mangoes and pineapple - slice and dice into a tropical fruit salad - warm 2 tablespoons of honey slightly, pour over salad and blend gently.

*for a different taste sensation you can put a sprinkle of red pepper on individual servings - but not in the whole salad it will make it bitter.

green bean mushroom soup and a fruit salid blend the mangoes and the bannanas to make the dressing for the fruit because they are already over ripe. Salid should consist of fresh spinach, mushrooms, onion pineapple and apples and almonds.

Combine the mushroom, meatballs, cream corn 1 can of peas and carrots and put into a casserole dish, or a lasagna pan. Top with mashed potatoes and bake until it is hot and the top of the potatoes are golden brown.
