i shall say i dn hate olive oil and i dn like olive oil as well. However, in my course "food and health", olive oil is monosaturated, evidence from Mediterranean regions suggests that olive oil confers a degree of protection against heart disease when is it used in place of other fats.. Dark coloured olive oils also deliver valuable phytochemicals. So i think we should learn to like it??

I really like olives. generally. it depends which 1s thou. i dont like thous black seeded ones. olives are food and food is good........... food is good.........................
