just start out slowly. u dont want to eat too much at first. get your body used to eat. eatting too much at first could make u sick, but in a few weeks or so your body will start accepting it better.

Oh ya Ive been a veg for 8 years, if you just suddenly start eating meat like meat eaters, you can start vomiting, and kinda like poisinging, because your bodys not use to meat, or has much of the right bacterias for meat.

While I personally prefer vegetarianism for my health, it won't kill you to eat meat again. However, if you'vebeen a vegetarian for a long time (I know from the few friends of mine who've sampled meat since going veg) you will get REALLY sick for a little while because you're body's not accustomed to digesting animal flesh.

No I don't think it would harm you, but just start with small portions so you can get used to it gradually.

I've been vegetarian since I was 7, I'm 24 now. Last year I started eating a little chicken, but I don't eat it anymore. I like fish and shrimps.

Good luck.

i've been a vegetarian for about 6 months and if some idiot cooks something with meat broth, i throw up (before i find out it wasn't veggie). also, a person's intestines contain certain microbes that play an important part in digestion (especially of cellulose). the levels and species of the "intestinal flora" change depending on your diet...so at the very least they'd feel pretty crappy for a few days

If you are vegetarian it will not harm if you eat meat but vegetarians will never ever switch to eating meat if they are so used to vegetables.

Yes, with all the hormones, steroids, antibiotics, and other chemicals put into animals these days. If you want to do that, you should work your way up. Start with all natural meats from a health food store... then go to free-range/fresh caught from a grocery store... then to the regular meats if you want. Personally, I recommend staying with the all-natural meats.

you might throw up or get sick because your body isn't use to it. My friend is a vegetarian since birth and she accidently ate a piece of meat and threw up. It really depend on your body.

You'd more than likely get sick, ie- vomiting, ect. if you go and digest an entire stake or something. You should do it gradually. A little chicken, a little stake...what have you. Then build up to regular portions. If not like I said you'll probably shock your body with the "strange" food.

yup i have a friend 7years vegetarian, we forced him to eat meat and we end up taking him to the hospital due to hypertension.

try to eat little by little, start with fish and chicken, if you get the hang of it, you can already try red meat.
