Okay, I'm making cupcakes so I'm making Buttercream Icing.
Everytime, the sugar and egg whites are mix, it's fine, it becomes the way I like it.
But whenever I add butter (to give it more taste) the whole thing just turns liquid. Not like an icing at all.
So I add more sugar, hoping it'd help but it didn't

Can someone tell me what's wrong?

Thank you so much!

I don't know what shape I should make it. I don't want it just boring circles. Like, something creative. I'm a decent cook, so as long as it isn't, like, a huge clock or anything, I could probably handle it. Thanks!

Hello!

I have a recipe for a butter-based yellow cake that I would like to add more sugar to for a sweeter taste. What else do I need to add to balance out the additional sugar?

Thanks!

I have wonderful prime rib leftover from Christmas that I currently have in the freezer along with about 1/4 cup of the au jus. The piece of beef is about 2 1/2 inches thick and includes both one end cut and then the rest up to the wonderfully rare center. What would be the best way to reheat this, yet retain it as rare as possible?

I need a good homemade recipe, I wont lie to you --- I am not a baker, never will be, dont want to be and I will be using a good old fashioned high tech bread machine!!

PS: I like pecans, so a recipe using pecans will be greatly appreciated.

Also, I am really admitting my extreme laziness, I will be using craisins and not real or frozen cranberries!!

My husbands aunt made it at a Christmas dinner and it was THE BEST I have ever eaten. I can't get hold of her to ask her the entire recipe. I cannot find it online. I need to know how much of each and if I need to use mayo, dressing, or sour cream with it. Any help????

OK so I'm putting a corned beef brisket in my crockpot tomorrow. Does anyone know what is in the spice packet? There doesn't seem to be an ingredient list on the package. I'm concerned about mustard seeds. My bf claims to be allergic to mustard and I'd hate to make him ill!! Also, has anyone ever cooked a corned beef brisket without the spice packet? How was it? Thanks to anyone who can answer. :)

Many years ago, a friend of mine showed me a recipe for blueberry muffins from "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest". I think it is the most wonderful recipe I ever tasted, but since I reside in a Latin American country, I have not seen the book in years. I would really appreciate if you type the recipe for me. Other recommendations are also welcome!!

My local Chinese take-out has a dry yellow rice with just chicken, onion, peas, carrots, and no egg. I can't seem to find any recipes that are similar. Does this ring a bell for anyone? Any Chinese restaurant owners out there that have a perfect recipe?
