hmmmmmmm almost banana cream pie?

I don't know if this is what you had or not, but....

you take crushed graham crackers and add a little bit of butter, then you press it into a pie plate. Then you make instant pudding, and mix bananas into it. Then you can top it with whip cream.... yummy.

You can do the same thing with vanilla pudding and put a can of cherries on top. or fresh strawberries, or any berry. yummy. :)

AND, you can use low fat pudding, low fat whip cream, etc... so you control the calorie content. :)

Chocolate Eclaire Torte

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is incredibly delicious! It is so quick and easy to make that even non-cooks can whip this one up in no time! No baking required. :-)
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) container Non Fat Cool Whip
3 cups skimmilk
1 box low fat graham crackers
1 container low-fat Chocolate Frosting. (I like to use Snackwells Fudge frosting)

Mix pudding and milk till it starts to thicken, then add the Cool Whip, stirring gently. Put one layer of crackers evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers. Put another layer of crackers over pudding and top with remainder of pudding mixture.
Top with another layer of crackers. Spread chocolate frosting over the graham crackers.
Place in frig.
You do not have to use low calorie ingredients....

Make pudding acording to directions.

Layer: bananas, cracker crumbs, pudding.

End with pudding, then cover with more cracker crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.

Note: You might get to refrigerate overnight the first time you make it, but when your family tries it, it will never make it overnight again.
