I need a good homemade recipe, I wont lie to you --- I am not a baker, never will be, dont want to be and I will be using a good old fashioned high tech bread machine!!
PS: I like pecans, so a recipe using pecans will be greatly appreciated.
Also, I am really admitting my extreme laziness, I will be using craisins and not real or frozen cranberries!!

I don't know of any recipes for the bread machine. It isn't really necessary since it is a quick bread, and doesn't need kneading. You can easily substitute the fresh cranberries for craisins and pecans instead of walnuts.
Cranberry Orange Bread
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour Ready In: 1 Hour 20 Minutes
Yields: 16 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice
Grated peel of 1 orange
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat egg. Add orange juice, peel, butter and hot water. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts. Spoon into greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Add orange juice for flavor:
Cranberry Nut Bagels - yes it is not bread- but closest to your needs
A simple and delicious bagel recipe for the bread machine- enjoy trying variations, like this fruit and nut favorite.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/8 cups water (70 to 80 degrees F)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
TOPPING:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add the cranberries and pecans.
When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Divide into eight balls. Push thumb through the center of each ball to form a 1-in. hole. Place on a lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
In a large saucepan, bring 2-qt. water to a boil. Drop bagels, one at a time, into boiling water. Cook for 45 seconds; turn and cook 45 seconds longer. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain well on paper towels.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over bagels. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

6
Pour the mixture into the loaf pans. Push it to the corners, leaving the center slightly hollow.
7
Bake about an hour at 350F or 175C The loaves are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
8
Cool completely before cutting. Do not try to serve warm.

I'm not a baker either, it seems you've had some good replys. But if you'd like, you can also go to foodnetwork.com. There you should find many varieties and you may even find one that seems more appealing to you. I'd search for recipes by Paula Dean since it is more of a dessert dish.

i've got by no skill tried it with lemon, despite the fact that it does not sound like the form of poor concept. nicely worth a attempt, suitable? it would be a sprint tart/bitter (lemon and cranberries), so i might use decrease than the quantity of orange referred to as for.

sorry to have to tell you, but cranberry nut bread will not be a bread you make in a machine
Its a batter bread, not a bread you knead.
Look at epicurious.com, or since you are so disinterested, why dont you just go buy one?
