I know this is a gross question but honestly I don't know why I got sick from eating raw cookie dough.I have never gotten sick from eating raw dough, but last night I made some and snacked on it as I was baking cookies and hours later I was in for a terrible surprise. Stomach cramps, diarrhea, this went on for hours. I wasn't running a fever or at least I didn;t think I was. I never vomited either. So I don't think I got salmonella poisoning. What happened? Has this ever happened to you?

My family will celebrate the holidays on Dec. 31st but I want to make myself some stuffed poultry for my Christmas dinner alone on the 25th. I enjoy stuffing after it's cooked in poultry.

I made a recipe of xmas cake but it is not so succesful and i want to "get rid of" it. What can i do with it? I can make some kinf of truffles perhaps or a pudding or smth? Do u have any recipe or idea? I will appreciate it.

Could someone suggest a tried and tested recipe for a diabetic cake please? Preferably without difficult to buy ingrediants (UK) such as shortening?!

It needs to be strictly diabetic, possibly with fruit or the diabetic chocolate you can get in supermarkets. Thank you!

OK, I was thinking of making a salsa, the smae as one I made a long time ago, but I can't find it on Google, I remeber last year, so I was wondering if anyone knew the recipe, or even the amounts of each item needed.
Its ingredients went something along the lines of this:Corriander, lemon juice, jalepeno peppers, tomoatos, cherry tomatoes.
