u mean like a sauce for ice cream that goes hard. just melt some cooking choc when u want it, pour it on and itll go hard in seconds. other than that i havent a clue im afraid

There is a way to do this I think but I don't remember where I saw it.

I'd ask on a recipes site or a chef site maybe.
