It's about 3ft long! Could I stuff it? My dad said he's seen chefs covering fish in loads of garlic and salts and herbs etc. I've seen them stuffed with cous cous.

I am making a pork roast for dinner- with a south american flair, put garlic in slits all over then rubbed with goya brand sofrito before putting in oven. What should I have on the side? I usually do some sort of apples and/or sweet potatoes with pork, but does not seem to fit with the spanish flavors- help!

I have a whole sirloin tip roast in the freezer and I'd like to make Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding for Christmas, Problem is there will only be 4 of us instead of 10! I hate to have to buy another one if I don't need to. Also I've lost my receipe for the Yorkshire Pudding. Can anyone help me?
