Stir-fried chicken makes great leftovers! i don't see why everyone else says it's not good.
Here's a recipe for a good stir-fry sauce-- I suggest heating 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat, then add cut-up marinated chicken & cook until done, then pull out the chkn with a slotted spoon, add 1 Tblspn more vegetable oil to pan & stir-fry vegetables. Then add chicken and the sauce back into the skillet and heat for a minute or so until sauce thickens.
Serve with rice, and you can definitely freeze any leftovers!
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
Whisk ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Add chicken and stir to coat; let marinate 30 minutes. Drain, reserving marinade in small bowl. Whisk 1/4 cup water and cornstarch into marinade.

Freezing anything does not breed salmonella.
I think any stir fry can be frozen and safely eaten. I wouldn't thaw it I would put in a pan with a bit of water and start heating it from the frozen state.heat until heated throughout and the extra water is cooked down.

stir fry isn't good frozen the veggies will get mushy when defrosted...and cooked chicken loses it's flavor being frozen..so pick something else to freeze..

Will depend on the context really. Which is better as a snack - fresh fruit personally. It's tastier and gives you that little bit of sweetness. Which can be better as a snack if you are trying hard to slice back on sugar and lose weight vegetables

I always cook quickly and divide into two. I will finish one with what I have at hand, with perhaps sweet soy and sweet chili sauce.
The second dish I will do the same, but as a sweet and sour, or curry.

How about fried rice? I usually have some fried rice frozen in the freezer for myself or my friends to heat up at night when we get hungry.
