More to the point, what unit of measurement is a "lab" (which is an abbreviation for 'laboratory')?

there is 1000g in a kg so 100g is 0.1kg or 1/10th of a kg

no idea what the hell labs are

if you mean lbs (prounced pounds)

70kgs is 154 lbs

so 100g is 0.22lbs
