i was wondering if there is something you can make out of peanut butter, caramel, manderine oranges, pinapple, apricot sauce, bread, and chicken (if there is extra stuff such as olive oil i have that so take it in to consideration)

I want to make dinner for my boyfriend and I'm sure he's tired of spaghetti. I know chicken breast is simple to cook but I always seem to dry it out. Any recipes or tips you have are appreciated.

recently whilst cooking? I discovered that Corn Tortillas cut into smaller pieces deep fried for a couple of seconds in hot oil make the tastiest, most delicious Crisp snacks, esp good with chilli. That Garlic and Coriander Nan bread dried out and whizzed in a blender makes a brilliant crumb for coating or stuffing chicken etc. That Pork fillet (really cheap) stuffed with a couple of colourful, tasty ingredients, last night I used a tin of chestnut puree thats been knocking about for ages, chopped chorizo,Garlic and crumbs, sliced grilled Aubergine, wrapped in Parma ham, drizzled with olive oil and roasted is amazing, and looked really impressive sliced with lyonnaise pots and broccoli. So What would you like to share?

I like them plain with mayonnaise, a little salt & white pepper with, maybe, just a tiny pinch of cayenne. All that other stuff, minced onion, pickle relish, mustard, etc., just hides the flavor of the egg but curious what other cooks use to make their stuffed eggs special.

I bought 2 big salmon fillets last week tuesday. I forgot about them and am wondering if they will still be ok to eat. They've been in the fridge one week. If they are still ok to eat how long will they be ok in there for?

I moved up north and all the BBQ they have up here is full of smokey thick brown bbq sauce...I want to make some good pulled pork bbq(no heavy sauce), the kind you top with cole slaw and hot sauce. Either crock pot or oven or whatever, I'm open to anything as long as it tastes great!! =)

I love rice, I eat it a lot, so I usually cook up a pan full and keep it in the fridge. Often I forget it is cooking and end up with a whole pan of mushy rice, which tastes, not digusting, but just wrong. Do you know of any recipes where I can use my mushy rice in something tasy? Thanks in advance.

My husband really likes mexican food- either authentic or inspired- other than the obvious nachos, tacos, and bean burritos. I would like a recipe for enchiladas, good refried bean dip, and/or unique recipes for things I may not have thought of, or unique recipes for uncommon burritos or tacos. Thanks for any help.
