I bought 2 big salmon fillets last week tuesday. I forgot about them and am wondering if they will still be ok to eat. They've been in the fridge one week. If they are still ok to eat how long will they be ok in there for?

Depends on where you got them. Some farm raised fish is injected with preservatives and such so if your cooking it all the way through it will be ok. Chances are NO though. Feel the fish and if it's slimy or filmy (which occurs usually after a few days) it's rubbish.

Fresh salmon only last 3-4 days max. Sorry, their freshness has expired. If you take a look at them, they will be a bit slimy and start to smell. Toss them out. Bummer.
