I will be working in a summer camp teaching cooking, and leave in 5 days. I am trying to put together a book of recipes to help out while I am over there. I have gone through the books that I have and copied the pages, but I can't seem to find any on the internet. I am looking for pages that have the ingredients, method and a picture of the product on the page so I am able to show the children what they are aiming to make. If any kind person would be willing to scan some child-friendly recipes from their cook books it woul be GREATLY appreciated. you can contact me at nicki_xx@hotmail.co.uk

I bought it for a specific recipe, but then I ended up not making that recipe. It's whole-milk and decent quality, but it's not "artisanal". It's probably not enough for a whole lasagne recipe, and FYI, I live in the Pacific Northwest so really good, ripe, local tomatoes won't arrive around here for about a month. What do I do with this ricotta? Please share a recipe of your own (or at least a friend or family member's recipe that you've tried yourself and really like), NOT a link. Thanks!
